About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of individuals to achieve performance targets, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining an efficient workflow. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, while also ensuring that company policies and goals are effectively implemented.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of [number] individuals to ensure smooth operations and high performance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor team performance, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members as needed.

  • Goal Setting: Establish clear objectives and performance goals for the team. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities, aligning them with the company’s overall mission.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, deliver effective training programs, and help develop the skill sets of team members.

  • Problem-Solving & Escalations: Address and resolve operational issues, escalations, or conflicts within the team, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity, and progress toward goals to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support across teams.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all team activities adhere to company standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.

  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and motivating team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing, motivating, and leading teams to meet goals.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while ensuring high levels of productivity.

  • Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle team conflicts and resolve issues in a diplomatic manner.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using team management and communication tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
