Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (LPA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Team Leader (Risk & Compliance Management) to lead a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of risk and compliance management within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and quality management practices. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of guiding and supporting a team to meet the company’s compliance and risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure that risk and compliance management objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Risk & Compliance Monitoring: Oversee the implementation and adherence to risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, propose changes, and work collaboratively with other departments to implement quality and compliance enhancements.
Audit and Assessment: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the company’s risk management and compliance processes and prepare for external audits.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on risk management, compliance issues, and quality assurance metrics to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for team members on the latest risk management and compliance regulations, best practices, and quality assurance standards.
Incident Management: Lead the team in investigating any incidents of non-compliance, propose corrective actions, and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as legal, operations, and finance to align quality standards with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that the company’s risk management and compliance practices are in line with current requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field. A professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISA) or compliance (e.g., CCEP) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, quality assurance, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff to achieve high performance.
Strong Knowledge: Solid understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, and quality assurance methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using risk management software, MS Office Suite, and other tools for audit, reporting, and compliance tracking.
