About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Soft Skill Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions that focus on enhancing the communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of our employees. You will play a key role in fostering personal and professional development, improving employee performance, and ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective soft skill training programs, workshops, and sessions focused on communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
Content Creation: Create and curate training materials, presentations, and activities to enhance the learning experience.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.
Individual Development: Offer personalized coaching and support to employees to help them improve their soft skills and achieve personal goals.
Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. Make adjustments to programs as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Facilitation & Engagement: Lead interactive sessions that encourage participation and engagement from all team members, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Report Generation: Provide regular reports and feedback on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate innovative methods into the training programs.
Collaborative Efforts: Work with HR and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Certification in soft skills training, instructional design, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or education, with a proven track record of enhancing employee development.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with employees at all levels and create a positive learning environment.
Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate interactive training sessions and manage group dynamics effectively.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and design engaging, creative training activities.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and assessment skills to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using e-learning platforms, MS Office Suite, and other training-related software tools.
Patience & Empathy: Ability to understand and cater to the individual learning needs of employees, displaying patience and empathy during training sessions.
