Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Soft Skill Trainer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing employees' soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will play a key role in enhancing employee productivity, building better workplace relationships, and driving personal and professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training modules focusing on essential soft skills, such as communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring all participants are actively involved and learning.

• Assess training needs and customize training programs according to organizational requirements.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to improve specific soft skills.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in soft skill development to ensure the training content remains relevant and impactful.

• Monitor and track progress of employees post-training and provide ongoing support for skill development.

• Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of training programs with organizational goals.

• Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and improvements in employee performance.

• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages personal growth and development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in education, psychology, or business management).

• 2+ years of experience in soft skill training or similar roles.

• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs with measurable results.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire employees through training programs.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training techniques.

• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other training tools.

• Certification in soft skills training or similar certifications is a plus.
