Location: Bengaluru
Designation: Process Trainer - E-Commerce Process
Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (LPA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Process Trainer to join our team, focusing on training and enhancing the performance of our e-commerce process teams. The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce processes, training delivery, and a passion for employee development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Design & Development: Develop, create, and update training materials and resources that effectively cover all aspects of e-commerce processes (e.g., order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and returns processing).

  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in e-commerce operations, ensuring they understand the company’s processes, systems, and customer service standards.

  • Process Documentation: Ensure training programs are aligned with company policies and documented processes. Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals as necessary.

  • Assessing Training Needs: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and work closely with team leads and managers to design targeted training programs that address these gaps.

  • Onboarding New Hires: Manage the training of new employees, ensuring they are effectively onboarded and quickly integrated into e-commerce operations.

  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements to training programs based on performance metrics and feedback.

  • Continuous Improvement: Keep track of the latest industry trends, e-commerce technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor ongoing employee performance post-training and conduct refresher courses when required to ensure continual process improvement and skill enhancement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, quality teams, and human resources to align training with business goals and performance objectives.

  • Reporting: Maintain records of training progress, attendance, and feedback. Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and employee development.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Education, or related field. Certification in Training and Development is a plus.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a process trainer role, preferably in e-commerce, customer service, or operations.

  • Training Skills: Strong experience in designing and delivering training sessions, with an ability to engage and motivate learners.

  • Knowledge of E-Commerce Operations: Solid understanding of e-commerce processes such as order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and returns handling.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple training sessions effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess training needs, diagnose performance issues, and create effective training solutions.
