Job Description: ACER Trainer

Location: Bengaluru
Role: ACER Trainer
Budget: ₹4,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 LPA
Gender Preference: Male & Female

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled ACER Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru. As an ACER Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our Account and Client Engagement Representatives (ACERs). You will play a vital role in ensuring that the team is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, with a deep understanding of client engagement, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Design & Development:

    • Develop and customize training programs for ACERs, covering key areas such as client engagement, communication skills, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

    • Create training materials, modules, and resources that align with company goals and industry standards.

    • Ensure that training content is up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in account management and client relations.

  2. Training Delivery:

    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for ACERs, ensuring engaging and interactive content that promotes learning and skill development.

    • Provide hands-on training to help ACERs effectively apply the strategies learned in real-world client scenarios.

    • Use different learning methodologies (e.g., group discussions, role-playing, case studies) to accommodate diverse learning styles.

  3. Team Development & Support:

    • Monitor the progress of ACERs post-training, providing continuous feedback and support to reinforce learning.

    • Offer one-on-one coaching to ACERs who require additional assistance in improving their performance.

    • Identify skill gaps and work with the team to address those through tailored training interventions.

  4. Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:

    • Share industry best practices, case studies, and success stories with the team to improve overall performance.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging knowledge sharing among team members.

  5. Assessments & Feedback:

    • Design and conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the knowledge retention of ACERs.

    • Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve the training process and ensure its alignment with business needs.

    • Provide detailed reports to management on the outcomes of training programs and the performance of the ACER team.

  6. Collaboration & Alignment:

    • Collaborate with the ACER Team Lead and other departments to align training programs with overall business goals and performance metrics.

    • Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to assist in the onboarding and training of new ACERs.

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques in training, customer service, and account management to incorporate into the training curriculum.

    • Continuously evaluate and improve training materials to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in account management, client engagement, or sales, with at least 1 year in a training or mentoring role.

    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or customer-facing environment.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver impactful training sessions.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
