Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized SSAO (Senior Sales and Administration Officer) to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth coordination between different teams to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the timely and effective execution of tasks.

  • Manage administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, and coordination for the sales team.

  • Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and resolving issues effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and internal communications.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor sales performance, assist in identifying areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve targets.

  • Organize meetings, sales events, and other activities to enhance team performance.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all activities.

  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative support roles is a plus.

  • Female candidates are preferred.
