Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students regarding academic programs, courses, and career options.

• Assist students in identifying their educational goals and provide information on available options.

• Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to help students make informed academic decisions.

• Guide students in selecting the right courses and assist them with the admission process.

• Support students in overcoming academic challenges and provide guidance on study strategies, time management, and exam preparation.

• Build rapport with students and maintain ongoing communication to track their academic progress.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic programs, industry trends, and other educational opportunities.

• Organize and participate in educational workshops, seminars, and promotional events.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the overall student experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any field.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to understand students' needs and provide tailored academic advice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students.

• Basic knowledge of educational institutions and academic programs.

• Positive attitude, patience, and a strong passion for helping students succeed.

• Both Male and Female candidates are preferred.
