Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team in Delhi. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and prospective candidates in their academic journey, helping them make informed decisions about their courses, career paths, and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized academic counseling to students, helping them choose the right educational path based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.

• Assist students with course selection, admissions process, and scholarship opportunities.

• Advise students and parents on academic progress and offer solutions to academic challenges.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and group discussions as necessary.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of various academic programs, educational opportunities, and institutions.

• Provide guidance on exam preparation, study techniques, and time management.

• Keep track of students’ progress and follow up on their academic goals and requirements.

• Build strong relationships with educational institutions and facilitate seamless communication.

• Assist in creating promotional and informational materials about academic programs.

• Work closely with other departments to enhance the academic experience for students.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Education-related fields are a plus).

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to assess students’ needs and provide tailored advice.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Enthusiasm for helping students succeed academically.

• Previous experience in counseling, education, or similar roles will be a plus, but not mandatory.

• Both Male and Female candidates are preferred.
