Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, revenue collection, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Monitor revenue collection and reduce branch expenses

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

- Handle parent and student enquiries and complaints

- Coordinate with all departments

- Maintain office premises cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

- Graduate degree or above

- 4-6 years of experience in operations management

- Strong supervisory and management skills
