About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) - Assistant Manager (AM) to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a KAM AM, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will work closely with senior management and other internal teams to ensure that our services and products meet client expectations and contribute to long-term business success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion within existing accounts.

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored strategies for assigned key accounts to meet business goals and objectives.

  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to account operations.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics and insights.

  • Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide strategic input and maintain a competitive edge.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, key account management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Client-Centric: A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Negotiation: Proven experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
