Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (LPA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Quality (Process Excellence) to lead quality initiatives within our E-Commerce processes. The role will focus on driving continuous improvements, implementing process excellence methodologies, and ensuring high-quality standards across the e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce processes, a strong background in quality management, and experience in implementing process improvements to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of process improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall customer experience in e-commerce processes.

  • Quality Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to established quality standards, policies, and industry best practices across all e-commerce processes. Conduct regular audits to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure process performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of quality initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from operations, customer service, logistics, and IT to ensure that quality improvements align with the overall business objectives and operational needs.

  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and quality issues, identify corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.

  • Training & Development: Train and mentor team members on quality management techniques, process excellence methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma), and best practices for achieving operational excellence.

  • Process Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance across all processes.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess process performance using data and quality metrics. Provide timely feedback and implement improvement strategies to enhance process quality.

  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives within the e-commerce processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to daily operations.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operations management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role in an e-commerce environment.

  • Process Excellence Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.

  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive process improvements.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate individuals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in managing and mentoring a team is essential.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
