Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer/Technical Support Executive to join our international support team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customers by resolving technical issues, guiding them through product features, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and timely manner.
Troubleshoot product or service-related technical issues and escalate unresolved problems as necessary.
Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and solutions to maximize value.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
Excellent English communication (No grammatical errors or MTI)
Strong technical mindset
Good thought process & command over tenses
