Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer/Technical Support Executive to join our international support team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customers by resolving technical issues, guiding them through product features, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot product or service-related technical issues and escalate unresolved problems as necessary.

  • Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and solutions to maximize value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.

Excellent English communication (No grammatical errors or MTI)
Strong technical mindset
Good thought process & command over tenses
